Booking Terms & Studio Policy.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Ben Lopez StudioBy securing an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
Reservation & Deposit
• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any appointment. • Deposits are credited toward your final balance. • Deposits cannot be transferred to another service, person, or appointment date. • No booking is considered confirmed until the deposit is received.
Rescheduling, Late Arrivals & No-Shows
• One reschedule is allowed with a minimum of 72 hours notice. • Any changes made inside of 72 hours will result in loss of deposit. • No-shows will be charged the full service amount (100%). • Arriving 10–15 minutes late may result in either: – A late adjustment fee, or – Cancellation of the appointment with deposit forfeited and a new deposit required to rebook.
Refund Policy
• All sales are final. • Deposits and completed services are non-refundable under any circumstance. • No refunds will be issued for change of mind or personal preference.
Existing Work / Corrections
• Any previous tattoo or PMU work must be sent in clear photos before booking approval. • Work over existing tattoos is treated as a correction service and may require an additional fee starting at $100+, depending on complexity.
Health & Client Requirements
• Clients must be 18 years or older. • Any medical conditions, medications, or allergies must be disclosed prior to your appointment. • Services may be declined if pregnancy, breastfeeding, chemotherapy or health factors may affect healing or results.
Healing & Responsibility
• Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, bone structure, medications, existing hair, and aftercare compliance. • Proper aftercare is essential for optimal results. • Aftercare instructions are provided via email and must be followed carefully. • Once shape and pigment are approved during consultation, the artist is not responsible for changes after the procedure.
Studio Environment
• No children, pets, or additional guests are permitted (one guest only if needed). • Any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service. • Ben Lopez Studio reserves full right to refuse service at any time. • Pricing may change without prior notice.
Content & Media
• Photos and videos may be taken before and after your appointment for marketing and portfolio use. • If you prefer not to be recorded, you must notify your artist prior to starting the service.
Final Agreement
By booking, you confirm that you: • Have read and fully understand all terms above. • Accept that deposits are non-refundable. • Release Ben Lopez Studio and Brows by Linnie from any liability related to healing, results, or reactions.
